During product launches or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

  • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
  • Duties & Taxes: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). No extra fees upon arrival.

  • Standard Delivery: €6.99
  • Free Shipping: Orders over €120
  • Delivery Time: 6-12 business days
  • Duties & Taxes: DDP where applicable. No additional fees for the customer.

3. Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


4. Customs & Duties

 

We ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) whenever available, meaning taxes and duties are covered by us.


For a small number of countries where DDP is not supported, the customer may be asked to pay minimal local duties upon arrival. These cases are rare.


5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the package is refused, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@byog-studios.com and we will assist you immediately.

 

7. Holidays and Delays

 

Shipping times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or unexpected logistics disruptions.
