At BYOG, every piece is created with intention and delivered with care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it simple.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

• unused

• unwashed

 • in original condition

• with all tags and packaging intact

Returns must be approved before being shipped back.

Please do NOT send returns to our China fulfillment warehouse. These returns cannot be processed.

Refunds

 Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

 • Items without original tags

 • Used or washed items

 • Final sale items

• Orders returned without prior approval

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return + new purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund it immediately.
